　　1. 对车辆的尺寸及位置采用雷达三维扫描，实现自动测量，并对位置偏差进行报警;

　　2. 系统采用先进的自主研发的集成控制系统，自动计算和控制每次码垛数量;

　　3. 系统采用六轴机械手作为执行机构，自由度非常高，适应装车车型的种类非常广泛，码垛的形状也可自由选择;

　　4. 系统移动方式采用直接落地在地轨上行走，因此可适用超长车辆的装车;

　　5.系统的驱动装置，采用绝对值式伺服电机加减速机驱动，前后运行位置控制精准、刹车灵敏，整个驱动装置经久耐用;
