Pulverized coal bin: when the pulverized coal silo is designed, the problem of pulverized coal explosion-proof should be taken into full consideration, and the factors such as the arching and caking of the pulverized coal in the silo should also be prevented. The vertical angle of the conical part of the coal should be not less than 70 or alpha. In the cold weather area, the coal bunker should be added with insulation to prevent condensation. The following methods are as follows: in the vicinity of the coal bunker, we must weld the iron wire with the diameter of 3-, 4 and the length of 150mm, and the spacing is 200mm, so that the insulation cotton can be fixed.
100mm asbestos board can be used as insulation material, and 1mm galvanized sheet is fixed on the outside. The sealing property of the pulverized coal bin must be good. Leakage is not allowed at the welding and interface parts. After the welding is completed, kerosene should be taken inside the coating to check whether there is any leakage. The volume of coal must be in the proper range, general equipment yield 3~5 times, the actual storage capacity of coal warehouse top preferably not more than 80%, negative pressure tube, keep the upper coal pressure, coal general diameter of 4.5 ~ 5 meters, should be considered in the design of double flange structure, to prevent deformation of the silo body.
